I once was lost, but now I'm found!

Hello! I finally decided it was time to give my blog some long over due attention! I got rid of some old stuff and added some new. I am making it my personal goal to start posting once a week. I just recently moved and I'm starting to get back into my business again. I recently had a table at my church's quilt/craft show and had a great time talking to people about stamping and sharing my creations. I was invited to another craft show in December and even booked a workshop from the event! It was a great opportunity for me. I have been stamping up a storm, but I forget to pick up the camera and take pictures. Be looking for some new posts with actual projects :) Thanks for stopping by!

Stampin' Up! Color Renovation

Hello everyone! I finally decided to take down my Christmas blog header. I think I was headed for Christmas in July :) Stampin' Up! has made a total color renovation! We have some very cool new colors, some awesome retired colors coming back, and some of our old colors are retiring. It's sad to see some of the colors go, but I'm too excited about the new colors and the retired in colors coming back to be too sad! SU! has rearranged the color families also. A lot of changes are coming, but I promise it will be worth the wait. I have done quite a bit of stamping lately, but I just haven't taken the time to take any pictures. I will work on doing that in the next week. I will also work on getting the color charts posted on here of the new colors and the retiring colors. Thanks for looking!

New Blog Header

So, I now have My Digital Studio from Stampin' Up! I haven't played with it too much yet, but it is very awesome! I watched a video from Patty Bennett (www.pattystamps.com) to learn how to make this blog header. It took some trial and error, but I really like it. I still need to make some adjustments, but it's a lot of fun! I will post some more creations later. Thanks for looking!

Stampin' Up! Regional Seminar

On Saturday I went to SU!'s regional seminar in Cincinnati. I had so much fun! I learned a ton of new business tips and awesome techniques. I also got to hang out with my awesome stamping sisters too! We made several cute make and takes. These were my favorite makes and takes of all the regionals that I have been to over the last 3 years. One of the best parts of Saturday was when I got to meet Shelli Gardner, the co founder and CEO of Stampin' Up! She is truly a beautiful person inside and out. She is so sweet! I will be posting pictures of our make and takes over the next few days. So, keep stopping by to see them! Thanks for looking!

Watercolor Cards

Here is a set of cards that I did at my friend Annette's house. We used watercolor crayons and belender pens with ink refills. Water coloring is not something I do very often, but I enjoy it. I need to do it more often! Thanks for looking!
